Sparkle

How Sparkle works

The same platform from both sides: employers find cleaners, cleaners find work, and everyone is reviewed on the jobs they actually did.

If you are looking for a cleaner

  1. 1

Search, or let them come to you

Go through the profiles and approach anyone directly, or post what you need and wait for cleaners to respond. Most people do both.

  2. 2

Read the reviews before you decide

Every rating comes from a job that was really done through Sparkle. Cleaners cannot buy them and we do not write them.

  3. 3

Agree the job and pay in one place

Once someone accepts, you set the moment, the hours and the rate. After the work is finished you pay through Sparkle.

  4. 4

    Leave a review

Say how it went. It is what makes the next person's search easier — and your cleaner reviews you too.

If you are looking for cleaning work

  1. 1

    Build a profile worth reading

Your rate, your experience, what you take on and when you are free. A clear headline gets far more responses than an empty profile.

  2. 2

Respond to jobs, or get approached

Browse the open jobs and respond with a message, and employers who like your profile can come to you.

  3. 3

    Accept only what suits you

You decide which requests to accept. Nothing is planned in before you have said yes.

  4. 4

Get paid, and review them back

Payment runs through Sparkle after the job. You review the employer as well, so the next cleaner knows what to expect.

What does it cost?

Nothing, for now. Sparkle takes no commission on the jobs that run through it — cleaners keep the full rate they agreed. If that ever changes, the fee will be shown on every job before anyone agrees to it.
